The Sutton Coldfield Show Choir, part of The People’s Show Choirs, is a rapidly growing community. Our members are passionate about singing, creating a harmonious and impressive sound that resonates with all who hear it.

From the moment you step into our rehearsal room, you’ll be welcomed by friendly faces, engaging conversation, and the comforting aroma of hot drinks and biscuits. Our choir leader personally greets each member, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment. Don’t worry if you can’t read music; our choir leader teaches all parts with care and detail.

what our singers have to say?

I joined the choir in September having never sung in a choir before, not really reading music and not even knowing where my voice sits! Now 8 months in, I still don’t read music and I’m not fully convinced I’m a soprano but I haven’t been asked to leave and that’s good enough for me. 😂 But in all seriousness, joining the choir has been one of the best decisions I have made. I always look forward to rehearsals and have met some great people. We have a brilliant choir leader and a fabulous pianist, and they are very lucky to have an amazing choir in all of us who attend! You can’t beat the feeling you get when you hear all the voices singing together, and knowing that one of them making that incredible sound is yours.
