SING. LAUGH. BELONG. SOCIAL PRESCRIBING WITH THE PEOPLE’S SHOW CHOIRS

A familiar song. A friendly face. Something to look forward to.

Sometimes, the first step towards feeling better starts with feeling welcome. The People’s Show Choirs bring adults together to enjoy music, meet people and find their place in a community.

With a referral from your GP, you can enjoy six free choir sessions.

No auditions. No solos. No pressure. Just live musicians, uplifting songs and a warm welcome.

Making music. Making connections.

Loneliness, low confidence or a difficult chapter in life can make reaching out feel daunting. Our choirs give you a shared activity to ease you in. There is music to focus on, a group to sing alongside and time for connections to grow.

You do not need singing experience or the ability to read music. Come as you are and find your voice at your own pace.

Through The People’s Orchestra charity, we create opportunities for people to take part, develop their confidence and feel included. Our social prescribing offer opens that door with six free sessions to discover what singing together could mean for you.
