The People’s Show Choir brings together adults from across Wimbledon, Woodford Green and the wider South East who want somewhere welcoming, social and enjoyable to sing each week.

Our members regularly travel from areas including Wimbledon, Raynes Park, Morden, Kingston, Putney, Sutton, Croydon, Wandsworth and surrounding South West London communities, as well as Woodford, Chigwell, Ilford, Loughton, Epping, Walthamstow, Buckhurst Hill and nearby parts of Essex and East London.

Life across London and the South East can feel busy and disconnected, especially when work, commuting and everyday routines take over. Choir gives people the chance to switch off, meet new people and enjoy being part of something uplifting together.

Some members join after moving to the area. Others are looking for a creative hobby, a confidence boost or simply a place where they can relax and enjoy themselves at the end of the day.

You do not need auditions, previous experience or the ability to read music.

Our rehearsals are designed to feel relaxed, encouraging and beginner-friendly from the moment you arrive.

Many people come on their own for the first time. Most quickly realise they are not the only one.
