For all Orchestras and Choirs
Membership gives you access to weekly rehearsals for 12 weeks each term, with a break for half-term, that’s 36 a year in total.
Membership fees are spread over 12 months at £18 a month.
If you are a student, unemployed or on benefits you can apply for Concession membership. Your membership fee is reduced to £12 a month.
Bursaries are available on request
Our rehearsals are led by professional conductors and accompanied by live music. Each rehearsal lasts 120 minutes (The People’s Orchestra whose rehearsals last 180 minutes) which includes a tea and coffee break
As a member, you’re welcome to join any of our choir or Rusty Orchestra rehearsal sessions in as many locations as you like throughout each week.
If you’re keen on performing, there are plenty of opportunities. You can participate in local events, join large-scale events, or even embark on UK or international tours. Performing is entirely optional – there’s no pressure to take the stage if you’d rather not.
For those who dream of performing but feel anxious, we’ve got you covered. Your membership includes access to a professional performance mentor, ready to guide you towards fulfilling your stage aspirations.
