Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 4 weeks (excluding holidays) after the order is placed. Please note that during high-volume periods, processing time may take longer than usual.

 

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@thepeoplesorchestra.com. When your return is approved with us, please send your returns to the following address, with order number marked on the parcel:

Please note that any original shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We will notify you once we’ve received and checked your return. If your return is accepted and the refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return but you do not receive an update, please contact us at hello@thepeoplesorchestra.com.

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at hello@thepeoplesorchestra.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges 

Unfortunately, we do not offer a direct exchange of the items ordered. However, you could follow the Return Policy above to return your order and make a separate purchase for the correct items.

 

Missing or Lost Parcels 

Claims for missing or lost parcels must be made within 14 days after tracking shows they were delivered.
