Jamie Parker
Digital Communications Coordinator
Jamie is the Project Administrator, meaning one of his main roles is to edit videos and upload them to the TPO website. He also gets to help at concerts, which is always fun. One of his biggest achievements was getting a 2:1 in Film and TV Production, another being where he made a documentary about autistic people during the pandemic, along with giving a Vote of Thanks speech at his graduation in from of more than 400 people. Jamie has experience in children’s television, doing some work at Milkshake Channel 5 where he got to see many aspects of children’s tv production. He also volunteers at the Severn Valley Railway, helping restore heritage carriages and wagons for use on the railway for visitors. “It’s not what happens to you; it’s how you handle it,” is one of Jamie’s favourite quotes, a great mindset to have. Personally, Jamie loves a good variety of music, but his absolute favourite is pop-punk bands such as Busted, Wheatus, Son of Dork. They remind him of good times. His favourite films are Baby Driver and Scott Pilgrim vs the World.
