How to access Spond

Spond is the app used for members to sign in every week at rehearsals and to sign up for concerts/events. Please make an account so you do not miss out on important posts which are uploaded regularly. It is our way to keep you updated on all vital rehearsal information.

Instructions to join Spond

Search for the Spond App using your device’s App Store. Or follow this link to Sign Up For Spond | Spond App & Spond Club | Join A Group and download the app via the I am looking to join an existing group /team on Spond tab
Download Spond on your mobile device.
Press Join an existing group
Put in your phone number, email and password.
A code will be sent to your email
Please input this code into the box
Your account will then have been created.
Once you have created your account, please press groups in Spond app and it will ask do you have a group code. Please then input the code that was sent to you when you first signed up with us for membership. It is a five letter code which is unique to your group.

Then press I’m a member

Please also ensure to verify your Spond account using the instructions below:

1. Open the Spond app on your device.
2. Tap your profile picture located in the top left corner of the screen.
3. You should now see your primary email address and phone number displayed.
4. If your email is not verified, you will see a “Not verified” message in bright orange next to your email or phone number.
5. Tap on the “Not verified” message.
6. A verification code will be sent to your phone number via text or to your email address.
7. Enter the code you received in the app to complete the verification process.

Once the code is entered, your account should be verified successfully.
