Most leaders run one 2‑hour rehearsal per week for 12 weeks in term time, plus planning several concerts a year; some choose to grow into leading more than one choir.
Formal qualifications are helpful but not essential; we’re looking for musical competence, communication skills and the ability to lead with warmth and clarity.
